VTG set of 6 Crystal Optic Paneled Glass Etched 5.5" footed Cordial Glasses.
Selling this for a friend to try and help her with expenses, her mother was put into a nursing home.
Set of 6 Vintage Etched Optic Crystal Footed Glasses 30's Elegant Floral 12 oz.
These gorgeous glasses are so charming and elegant. Made of a light-weight clear crystal that rings when flicked, they measure 5.5" tall x 3.25" diameter at the top opening with a 2.75" diameter footed base. Each glass will hold about 12 ounces when filled completely to the top. They have a pillar optic design that may not show well in the photos, but has a panelled effect all around the glass, with pretty etched floral and leaf motifs surrounding the top two-thirds of the glass.
Due to the lighting in the photos, glasses may appear to be cloudy, but they are crystal clear.
They are not marked, so manufacturer, year made and pattern name are unknown. It is guesstimated that these glasses were made sometime in the 1930's Depression era.
SHIPPING
They are very thin glasses so each glass will be carefully wrapped and put in its own box, then put inside another box. There are six of them so unfortunately because of size and weight shipping is high but it's the only way I can be sure that your items will get there in one piece.
