Description
This is a very small sample sized tin containing a medicinal ointment called Resinol. It was developed by Dr. Melville Carter (1857-1939) in his private practice in Baltimore, Maryland as a skin treatment for his patients. We believe this tin dates to the 1960's and does still have some product in it. It is still being sold today. The tin is in very good condition with no damage or loss of paint. Please refer to the photos for the best look. We don't recommend using this ointment. The tin measures almost 1 ¼” in diameter.
