Vintage Allcock's Medical Porous Plasters with Advertisements

These Alcock Porous Plasters contained Olibanum and Capsicum for the relief of muscular aches and pains. Each plaster is complete with all their wrappers, advertisements, and directions in many languages on the back of the package. They are in excellent condition. There is no date on them, but they came from a pharmacist's display case from the early 1900's.
Alcock claimed to be the "The World's Plaster" with 150 million having been used. The envelope containing the plaster advises that "Should there be difficulty in removing the Muslin on the Face of the plaster, wet the Muslin with water, then it comes off easily." The pack measures approx. 6.25 X 8.75 inches.The only mark on it is the pharmacist's price: 25 cents!
