    Listing includes one very nice Victorio Strainer, model #200.  See pics for details.  Comes in original box (shows wear, and will be shipped in this box).  Not sure if some of the parts have been replaced - the plunger is plastic rather than wooden.  Great condition.
    This strainer can puree tomatoes, apricots, apples (applesauce), etc. without having to peel or core them (pits would have to be removed, but coring or peeling is not necessary).  It does the job in one quick movement.  Instructions included.  Great canning tool!
