    A  gorgeous tea cup and saucer by Royal Stafford China of England.  Features pale green band with white centre with gold scroll design overlay on tea cup interior and saucer.  Tea cup is footed with broken loop style handle and thumb rest with ornate gold accents.  Both the tea cup and saucer have scalloped edges trimmed in gold.
