You are getting this useful measuring cup strainer.  The measuring cup is clean inside/out.  It has been gently used in Excellent pre-owned condition.   Minor scuff marks.  Very cool kitchen tool to have, mutli-purpose gadget for measuring and straining!
Rinse and measure at the same time. Slots quickly drain fresh and canned fruits and veggies. A can strainer base is handy for canned tuna and chicken. Clear, durable plastic make it easy to read up to 3 cups.

Dishwasher safe. If hand washing, use a soft cloth or sponge only. Scouring pads and abrasive brushes will cause the plastic to scuff
Pour food into colander up to desired measurement and rinse
Base of colander can be used to strain typical 4.5 oz and 5 oz. cans of tuna or chicken. To use, place base on opened can and press. Grasp bottom of can and handle of colander; invert to drain.  While holding can and colander, turn upright and remove can from base.
Not microwave-safe
Do not use to drain hot liquids or hot foods as steam and splatter can cause burns
