Karupatti/Palm Jaggery Made from the freshly concentrated product of cane sugar and date palm tree, Karupatti (Palm Jaggery) is a treat to the taste buds. Instructions :-
1. Take milk in a sauce pan, boil it and simmer for 2 mins. Switch off.
2. Add palm jaggery and dry ginger powder. Mix well.
3. Strain it and transfer to serving mug/cup and serve Karupatti Paal hot!
