    2 1/4 by 4 inch publicity photo for bluegrass pioneers Mother and Dad Pickard. There is a tiny tear on the right edge, but the line that you see on his face is actually a bend. On the back, however, is a 1935 calendar, and includes an ad for Peruna, a 30's snake oil that was often sold by country artists to help pay the bills.
