    Description

Vintage circa 1920 PACIFIC First Aid Case or Medicine Cabinet with four shelves.
Made by the E.D. Bullard Company which opened in 1898 in San Francisco and specialized in safety equipment for mining and heavy industry.  This large rugged storage cabinet would be a handsome yet practical addition to any industrial or steampunk themed room design.
Door is a vibrant green accented by colorful period labels.  The most prominent label
    "PACIFIC FIRST AID CASE" i
s red, gold, and blue with a center cross.
    Above it is another label
    "No.6" i
n the same colors.  Bottom left label says "
Everything Bullard Safety - E.D. Bullard Co., San Francisco, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Houston, Chicago".
Door snaps tightly closed but opens easily.  Top has two hooks for wall mounting.
    DIMENSIONS:
Approximately 19" Tall, 12.25" wide, 3" deep. Shelves approximately 11.75" long and 2.5" deep.   Top shelf accommodates 4.5" high item.  2nd Shelf: 4"; 3rd Shelf: 3.5".  Top three shelves have a slight downward tilt toward the rear - perhaps to ensure nothing falls out.  Bottom shelf has four circular openings for containers - so can accommodate bottles with a 1.75" diameter and 6" height.
Bottom shelf is covered by a drop down "shelf" on chains.  It drops open when the exterior door opens.   It doesn't drop completely level which is likely by design so nothing falls off when in use. It provides 5.5" x 11" of temporary work space.
Interior of the large door has different metal extensions designed for hanging items.  I think three smaller ones on the left would have been used to hold items like bandage scissors and tweezers (I tested with mine and they work).  The clip on the left is somewhat flexible so may have been designed for bandages or other cloth items. The bottom right has a tiny shelf which may have held a small first aid book. These are guesses and you can improvise for your own needs.
Top has two hooks for wall mounting.  A hole was drilled on the back of one of the shelves, likely for a screw to help anchor the cabinet to the wall.  I've covered the screw hole on the exterior back with masking tape as the hole is rough to the touch.
