Kellogg's 1945 Pep Pin Blondie Vicks Test Sample Round Tin Free 1st Class Ship

I am listing two items together.  A
Blondie Pep pin
I believe to be from 1945 and she is facing to the Left.  But below her picture in tiny print it says:
Cindy.  I don't have a clue who that is.
Did she have two names or am I wrong about Blondie.  See pictures.  I am also listing a
Vick's Test Sample metal round two piece tin
.  It still has a tiny bit of Vick's vapor rub inside.  On the back it says Make this test and instructions.  It has the small picture of a lady.  The front shows the picture of a Vick's jar and the box it would have come in.  approx 1 1/2 inch diameter.  I believe this to be from the 1940s to early 50s.  Not dated on the tin.  A good addition to a collection of tin rounds, or drug store collectibles.
