    HOT HIVE is a passion project that started off as a micro batch product using honey from our family’s honey plant. When our friends and nearby restaurants couldn't get enough, we knew we had to make a bigger batch. To this day, each small batch is hand-bottled and taste-tested for flavor perfection. Not only does our spicy honey contain delicious wildflower honey, it also includes organic apple cider vinegar (with the mother) and select organic Carolina Reapers grown and specifically picked-out for Hot Hive by the pepper master himself, Smokin’ Ed Currie.
