Two batteries, charger, and case included.
Charger included is the Black and Decker PS1MVC MULTI VOLTAGE DIAGNOSTIC CHARGER.
Batteries have been run through two charge /discharge cycles using saw to discharge batteries. Batteries seem to run saw well.
