For auction is this Antique Give Away Advertising Hand Fan from the Altamont Fair Grounds, Altamont, New York from the turn of the century.  The fan is made of oval cardboard printed on both sides and a wood handle.  The front is a Black and White Photo of two young women sitting on a bench with a bridled horse behind entitled RESTING.  The back is printed with
...SEE...  J. F. HELLENBECK'S EHIBIT OF Fine Furniture, Mirrors, Shades, Mattings  Lace  Curtains,  carpets,  rugs,  .  The Fan measures 8" high x 7 1/4" wide with a 4 5/8" wood handle. The condition is excellent with slight discoloration adjacent to the wood on the back.  Weight 0.7 oz.
