    Description

Antique Arsenate of Lead Pharmacy Label, Cure for Syphilis Auburn, Nebraska, Skull and Crossbones 1910s
    2 1/2" x 1 1/2" ~
These are getting very hard to find now as they are highly collectible. Pharmacy labels have become hugely collectible therefore you don't see the quack ones much anymore.
This was the cure for syphilis that was discovered in 1909 by Paul Ehrlich and Sahachiro Hata. It has a lot of side effects as you can imagine. They even knew this and had a skull and crossbones on it but people used this often and it was called the "magic bullet".
Imagine this antique advertising hanging on your wall as home decor in any room!
