DESCRIPTION: “The ancient Courthouse in Philipsburg, the meeting point of many visitors to the island.  Welcome, Bienvenue, Welkom!  St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles.”  Philipsburg is the main town and capital of Sint Maarten.  The town is on a narrow stretch of land between Great Bay and the Great Salt Pond.  It functions as the commercial center of Saint Martin island, whereof St. Maarten encompasses the southern half.
CONDITION:  Unused and not mailed. Minor corner & edge wear. Light soiling and age tanning on backs. Very Good condition.
